Crafted by artisans in Chiapas, this faja is traditionally worn by wrapping around the body twice and tucking it in neatly to define a waist and hold up the skirt. However, this stunning piece can be used however you like to showcase the rich textile traditions of Chiapas and celebrate the unique color combinations these artisans achieved.   • Made using backstrap loom and carefully selecting each thread's color to create unique color combinations.
  • Made with high-quality hand-weaved cotton for a silk-like touch

  • CARE: To maintain the quality of the intricate work, we recommend hand washing and air drying. Iron only if extremely necessary on low (can be laid flat while damp to prevent wrinkles).
